Emotion is the great beast on which evil tries to thwart us. It is both the greatest influence for good and our greatest weakness. Touching a hot stove burns me, and that sends electrical signals threw my nervous system to tell me that it hurt.
We, as a People suffer from Alonism. It frightens me to know that we can live in a world and be completely disconnected from that world. Where are those whom we could place trust in, and who Would aid us in hard times? Have I taken the time to build these relationships?
I personally struggle with this.
